At The Clothesline Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home drying solutions. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the request.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the clothesline and place it back in its original packaging along with all hardware and the packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
